These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tasonic’s Website, located at https://tasonic.com and any associated mobile applications By using any application associated with Tasonic you accept the terms presented and is legally bounded. Tasonic is a Trade Name to company Sitepact LLC registered in Delaware, USA under State File Number: 6977514 and EIN: 30-1109638

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tasonic if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Registration

In order to make any purchases from the Website and/or access certain sections on the Website you may need to register as a customer. Upon duly completing the relevant registration process and creating a Username and Password, you will be registered as a customer of Tasonic with elevated access levels to a personalized user account.

Details of such Username and Password will be emailed to you.

The authority to access services specific to registered users commences upon the relevant Username and Password being successfully created by you and ends as soon as you request termination of your account in accordance with our privacy policy

You are solely responsible for the security of your Username and Password and should only share this information at your own discretion. We are not liable for any activity that occurs under your registered account whether good or bad. You must inform Tasonic immediately if your Username and/or Password have been compromised. In such a case, Tasonic will reset your Username and/or Password for you.

Purchases and Payments

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, AMEX, or any other form sof available payment method available in our application at any time.  You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via any of our applications. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through any of our applications. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing address. 

Refunds

Only upon successful payment does Tasonic send mobile top-up or other product. All users are required to provide contact information before any order can be completed. This contact will serve as a receiving area of order confirmation (E-mail or SMS) and this order confirmation is only sent when Tasonic has successfully filled the order. Though all Products provided by Tasonic are sent instantly upon successful payment, there can sometimes be a short delay on the side of the relevant third party to deliver to the recipient.

In the case of Top-up or Vouchers, you agree and understand that Tasonic only acts on your authorization to send the Top-up or Voucher and the relevant third party shall be solely liable to you and the recipient, where applicable, for the provision of the services related to the Top-up or Voucher. Once a Top-up or Voucher is sent, it can be used immediately and therefore it cannot be refunded or removed. To avoid Products being provided to the wrong phone or email address, Tasonic request that you confirm, where applicable, that the recipient details you have entered are correct.

Therefore, you acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel the Services once they have been fully performed by Tasonic. Accordingly, you will have no right to request a refund. This is unless the services were never provided, which we do investigate thoroughly before a refund decision is made. Please note that the Applications limit the number and value of Products that can be purchased or received, including over a specific time period (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). Other limits and exclusions related to the use of the Applications and the purchase of Products may be applicable from time to time.

Promotions

From time to time, Tasonic or partner service providers will run promotions on the Applications. These promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions and such terms and conditions (including the closing date for any promotion) will be displayed clearly on the Applications. Tasonic is not responsible for promotions run by partner service providers and you must make your own inquiries with the relevant service providers directly before availing of, and relying on, the terms and conditions of any such promotion. You shall avail of any promotion in good faith and not misuse any promotional code provided to you.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Tasonic, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Tasonic’s Privacy Policy.
