How does Tasonic collect your personal data?

You provide us with your personal data when you register to use our Services. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties (e.g. in the event of chargebacks or through third-party direct marketing services). We also collect information about you through your use of our Applications, your interactions with Tasonic Support, and the transactions you carry out on our Applications. Disclosures Of Your Personal Data.

Tasonic may share your personal data with our third-party service providers in order to complete tasks and provide the best service and application experience. When using third-party service providers, there are agreements to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. They are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes, except for reasons previously shared. For example; the payment gateway service provider.

  • Payment gateway providers, verifying or refunding transactions you make via our App or portal;

Please note that Tasonic is not responsible for such services or content, or the privacy policies associated with those services or content. Mobile Networks, Aggregators And Other Referenced Businesses.

In certain situations, businesses or third party websites we’re affiliated with or that are involved with the Services may provide products or services to you through or in connection with the Services (either alone or jointly with us). For example, in sending or receiving messages and other information through the Services, we may route your in-bound and outbound communications and related information through third party mobile networks and aggregators, and they may transmit data to their respective service providers in the transmission channels. We will share your communications and related information (which may include Personal Information) with such business only to the extent that it is related to such a transaction or service. We also need to provide the telephone number and related information our customers submit which may include, without limitation, a telephone number’s validity, type (e.g. mobile, landline, etc.), corresponding device status (e.g. whether or not it is currently available for messaging), roaming status, carrier, country of location, and whether or not the number has been ported (eg, relaodly.com may process some of this data to verify its accuracy, detect operator and facilitate credit transfer). What happens if you do not provide us with your personal data?

If you do not provide us with your personal data or object to the use of certain personal data, we may not be able to provide the Services to you – since functionality depends on some of this data eg recipient phone number. We will tell you when we ask for information which is a contractual requirement or needed to comply with our legal obligations.

Do we carry out any automated processing of your personal data?

We use automated statistical analysis of the personal data we collect about you in order to comply with our legal obligations to detect and prevent fraud, dishonesty, and other crimes.
